The brief for the Virgin Flare Awards 2025 was simple on paper but needed careful execution — capture stylish, full-length photos of guests against a beautiful setting, while adding in an element of pure fun: confetti.
We worked with the the amazing team at The Project Crew to bring the setting to life with a striking red streamer wall, ensuring the sizing for the backdrop and flooring were the right size to create the perfect backdrop for the full length studio-style photo experience the client was looking for.
We set up a full studio photography experience, designed to capture polished, full-length shots of every guest against the red streamer wall.
To bring in the fun factor, our team directed each guest into position and timed the confetti drop to land perfectly in every shot — so every photo felt stylish and spontaneous at the same time.
Every photo was finished with custom designed branding for the event, and guests had access to their digital copies straight away.
Over the five-hour activation, guests walked away with stylish, branded photos that captured both the polish of the event and the fun of the night — confetti and all.
With instant digital access, guests were able to share their photos straight away, helping the energy of the Virgin Flare Awards carry well beyond the rooftop.
A studio photography experience with confetti was the right fit for the Virgin Flare Awards for three reasons.
It matched the calibre of the event. A rooftop venue and a striking streamer wall called for a photo experience with the same level of polish — full-length, studio-quality shots that guests would be proud to share.
It balanced style with fun. Confetti added a sense of celebration and spontaneity to otherwise polished portraits, giving guests photos that felt elevated but never stiff.
