We’ve made it easy for you to find all the information you need via our online booking system (this should be a link to the system). Start by entering your event date to check our availability and then you can go through and see all our packages, options and add ons.

Lock it in

Once you know the package and options you would like, go ahead and start processing your booking. We will require a signed contract and 30% deposit payment to lock everything in.

Enjoy your day!

30 days before the event, we’ll make sure we have every detail we need so we don’t have to bother you on the day, including your floor plan, template designs, final payment and any other details.

Re-live the memories

Within 24 hours of your event, you will have access to an online gallery with every moment captured in high resolution quality. Share the gallery with your guests and download to keep the memories alive.

In peak wedding season (May and September) our weekends book out fast! Book us in as soon as you know you’d like us on your big day.

If we are available, we can take bookings until about 6 weeks out. Check our availability now.

Think of it as a pop up photo studio.

There are no walls. Instead, your guests see a sleek, modern machine with interactive touch screen and an amazing backdrop. Our professional camera and lighting helps us capture 1 person or 15 (we’ve even had photos with 18!). Not to mention a friendly photo booth attendant, props that match your theme and the ability to email or sms digital copies.

It is super simple! Guests just grab their props and stand in front of the backdrop. The attendant will press the touch screen to start. 

Once the shots are taken guests will receive their print and be able to email or SMS themselves digital copies. Easy as that!

We have a range of backdrops that you can choose from.

You can also provide your own!

  • The best backdrop dimension for our photo booths are 2.4m wide by 2.1m tall.
  • Backdrops should be very stable (we want to keep your guests safe).
  • Avoid reflective surfaces like mirrors, acrylic or shiny vinyl that will reflect and enhance the flash, and detract from your happy guests.
  • Place any names or designs that you’d like to have visible high on the backdrop – keeping them above 1.8m high ensures they’re above most people’s heads.

As a bonus, for looking after the backdrop, we provide a discount of $100 on your photo booth hire.

When choosing where to set-up your photo booth, we look for a solid, level floor space.

  • For the basic package, we can set up in very limited space.
  • For print and digital packages, we prefer to work in a 3m by 3m space.

All set ups need access to a stable 240v power supply.

If you choose a digital package, you will be sent a link to your live online gallery on the day of your event. You will be able to see what your guests get up to in real time.

If you choose a print package, all of your images will be professionally edited by our team. You will be sent access to your password protected online gallery within 24 hours of your event. You can download your images or share the link with your family and friends.

We have two guest book options:

Audio guest book

Have your guests record an audio message on a cute, stylish vintage phone. 

Record a custom greeting to thank your guests and encourage them to leave a message. You’ll get access to all the audio files within 24 hours, so you can listen to the messages and enjoy them in your own time.

Our photo booth attendant will also be on hand to encourage your guests to leave a message throughout the event. 

Custom wooden guest book

Made from beautiful pine, our guest books can be customised with your own message, design, font style and binding colour. 

We supply signage, glue and pens at no cost.

We met Marissa at a wedding event hosted by Victoria Park and we knew then we had to hire her for our photobooth. I also referred her to my cousin who's wedding was in July 2024, so we had the pleasure of working together twice this year. We engaged Marissa and the team for our corporate conference welcome dinner, and they were fantastic! They were flexible with a last minute bad weather venue change, and extremely prompt with delivery of digital photos.The value was outstanding, with printed photos, high res and low res digital copies provided. The quality and the service of Click Click Photo Booth was amazing. The photos are of high quality and plenty of choices for photo backdrop. We chose the green wall photo backdrop with the 'best day ever' lettering. Indeed, it was the best day ever. There was great support in designing the theme photo border and was quick to respond. Click Click Photo Booth was a blast at our wedding reception. We got the floral back drop and it was so worthwhile the photos are stunning. It is an open air photobooth so you can fit larger groups into the photos. The photos are printed really quickly so your guests aren't waiting too long- and there are plenty of fun props. I can't fault anything about them. They came recommended to me from another friend - their photo quality is probably the best in Brisbane. The communication from the director Marissa was also prompt and clear.

I recently had a Click Click Photo Booth at my birthday party and it was such a hit with the guests. Everyone loved the booth and playing around with the props provided. The quality of the prints was excellent, particularly considering how quickly the booth printed the photos out. The Click Click team were a dream to deal with and I loved how much I could customise the booth, the prints, the props etc. to suit the party theme and my needs. I also appreciate that I booked fairly close to my party and the team still managed to get everything organised for me (particularly the custom guest book) despite the short two week lead time. The booth also took up a fairly small footprint at the venue, which was perfect as it didn’t impinge on the seating or the dance floor areas, but was still part of the action. Steve and I have been to many weddings featuring Click Click Photobooth and we chose them because of the quality of their photos and the fun they provide to wedding guests. Not only is the quality of photos amazing, but the service is outstanding. Marissa was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. She worked with us to create a beautiful design for our photo frames. Marissa even provided personalised props for us including themed props (Because I mentioned off hand my love for Harry Potter), customised speech bubbles and a print out of our dog. She also made sure to print extra photos for our guests to write in our guestbook, something we will treasure forever. Even the pens and glue were provided! In addition, photos were available to download the next day.
