We’ve made it easy for you to find all the information you need via our online booking system (this should be a link to the system). Start by entering your event date to check our availability and then you can go through and see all our packages, options and add ons.
Once you know the package and options you would like, go ahead and start processing your booking. We will require a signed contract and 30% deposit payment to lock everything in.
30 days before the event, we’ll make sure we have every detail we need so we don’t have to bother you on the day, including your floor plan, template designs, final payment and any other details.
Within 24 hours of your event, you will have access to an online gallery with every moment captured in high resolution quality. Share the gallery with your guests and download to keep the memories alive.
When should I book?
In peak wedding season (May and September) our weekends book out fast! Book us in as soon as you know you’d like us on your big day.
If we are available, we can take bookings until about 6 weeks out. Check our availability now.
What is an open photo booth?
Think of it as a pop up photo studio.
There are no walls. Instead, your guests see a sleek, modern machine with interactive touch screen and an amazing backdrop. Our professional camera and lighting helps us capture 1 person or 15 (we’ve even had photos with 18!). Not to mention a friendly photo booth attendant, props that match your theme and the ability to email or sms digital copies.
How does the photo booth work?
It is super simple! Guests just grab their props and stand in front of the backdrop. The attendant will press the touch screen to start.
Once the shots are taken guests will receive their print and be able to email or SMS themselves digital copies. Easy as that!
Can I provide my own backdrop?
We have a range of backdrops that you can choose from.
You can also provide your own!
As a bonus, for looking after the backdrop, we provide a discount of $100 on your photo booth hire.
What are your space and set up requirements?
When choosing where to set-up your photo booth, we look for a solid, level floor space.
All set ups need access to a stable 240v power supply.
When do I get access to my images?
If you choose a digital package, you will be sent a link to your live online gallery on the day of your event. You will be able to see what your guests get up to in real time.
If you choose a print package, all of your images will be professionally edited by our team. You will be sent access to your password protected online gallery within 24 hours of your event. You can download your images or share the link with your family and friends.
Do you offer a guest book?
We have two guest book options:
Have your guests record an audio message on a cute, stylish vintage phone.
Record a custom greeting to thank your guests and encourage them to leave a message. You’ll get access to all the audio files within 24 hours, so you can listen to the messages and enjoy them in your own time.
Our photo booth attendant will also be on hand to encourage your guests to leave a message throughout the event.
Made from beautiful pine, our guest books can be customised with your own message, design, font style and binding colour.
We supply signage, glue and pens at no cost.
