Designed around your team
A corporate event booth has to fit the room, not fight it. Your venue, your colours, your branding and what you’re celebrating all inform what we build, from the backdrop to the props to the print design. It should feel like part of the event, not a rented add-on. We design it that way from the start.

You’ve put real effort into planning the day. The last thing you need is a vendor who turns up and treats it like just another job. Our crew arrives on time, briefed on your run of the day and what’s being celebrated, and looks after your guests properly. From set-up to the last photo, every part of it is handled.

How it works
From first call to final asset delivery, here’s the process.
Tell us about your event
Your event, your venue, your guest count, your styling direction, what’s being celebrated and the formality of the day. The more you can share, including any creative ideas or theming you’ve already worked up, the better.
We design the experience
We come back to you with a tailored proposal covering the booth experience, styling direction, print or video design and pricing, all built around the event you’re planning. Once you’re happy, we lock in your date with a contract and deposit.
Pre-event planning
We tie up the loose ends. Final design work, set up requirements, coordinating bump-in with your venue, and final payment. The detailed work that makes the difference on the day.
Event day
We arrive on time, ready to go, and run the booth for the full event so your guests get the complete experience. Photos and videos are delivered live during the event or within 24 hours after, agreed with you in advance.

What’s included for a bigger event, how does it scale?
Whether you’re planning for 50 guests or 200 or more, we scale the setup, staffing and space needs to match, so a bigger event never feels like an afterthought. What shapes the experience more than headcount is what you want the day to achieve and the budget you have to work with, and we’ll talk through both when you get in touch.
How far ahead should we book, especially around EOFY and Christmas?
The earlier the better once your venue is locked in, especially if your event falls in the last week of November or anywhere in December. We’re not a volume driven team, so once we’re booked out for a date, that’s it, first in, first served.
What can we add beyond a standard photo booth?
Plenty. A custom backdrop, custom props or a fully wrapped booth are easy additions, and if you want to go further we can bring in AI background removal, an AI photo booth, a mosaic photo wall, or a badge, magnet or keychain photo booth. Tell us what you’re picturing and we’ll help shape it.
How do you handle brand guidelines and logo sign off?
Send through your brand guide and any assets you have, and we’ll design the full experience around them for your review before the event. Prefer to keep it in house? We can provide templates and requirements for your own design team to work from instead.
What does it cost?
