We don’t sell off-the-shelf packages — we design experiences. Every gala and awards night booth we deliver is shaped around the room, the theme, what’s being celebrated and the level of polish the night calls for.
A gala booth has to fit the night, not fight it. Your venue, your styling, your colour palette, the formality of the event and what’s being recognised all inform what we build — from the backdrop and the lighting to the print and video design.
The booth should look like part of the event, feel like the most generous part of the night, and do justice to whatever’s being celebrated. We design it that way from the start.
You’ve put months into the night. Every detail has been thought about, every supplier briefed, every moment built around the people in the room. The last thing you need is a hire vendor who arrives and treats it like a corporate function.
Our crew arrives in attire that suits the formality of the room — black tie or all-black, your call — briefed thoroughly on the run sheet, the guest list and what’s being celebrated. From first call to final asset delivery — here’s the process
Tell us about your event
Your event, your venue, your guest count, your styling direction, what’s being celebrated and the formality of the room. The more you can share — including any creative decks, mood boards or theming you’ve already worked up — the better.
We design the experience
We come back with a tailored proposal — the booth experience, styling direction, print or video design and pricing, all designed around the night you’re putting on. Once you’re happy, we lock in your date with a contract and deposit.
Pre-event planning
we tie up the loose ends — final design work, set-up requirements, run-sheet integration, bump-in coordination with your venue, and final payment. The detail work that makes the difference on the night.
Event night
We arrive on time, dressed for the room, briefed on the run sheet, and run the booth across the night so your guests get the full experience. Photos and videos are delivered live during the event or within 24 hours after — agreed in advance.
Can the booth be designed around our awards program or what we’re celebrating?
Yes — that’s how we approach every gala or awards night. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone anniversary, recognising the year’s winners, raising the profile of a cause, or marking a flagship moment, we design the booth, the print or video templates and the on-screen branding to honour the occasion specifically. We’ve designed booths around 40th anniversaries, foundation milestones, industry awards program and bespoke fundraising themes. Bring us the brief and we’ll design around it.
How much does a gala or awards night photo booth cost in Brisbane?
Pricing depends on the experience, the duration, the level of customisation and the venue. Most gala packages start at $1,500 with a minimum booking of three hours. Custom backdrops, premium prints and bespoke styling are quoted on top. Get in touch for a tailored proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak gala season (October to December and again in March to May), the earlier the better — we recommend locking in your booth four to six months ahead where possible. Annual events often book the same date for the following year as soon as the current night closes.
Can the booth be branded with our event or sponsor logos?
Absolutely. Print designs, on-screen graphics, sharing screens, start screens and backdrops can all carry your event branding, sponsor logos or both. Sponsor sign-offs and brand guideline approvals are part of our standard process.
How long does setup take and when do you need venue access?
Most experiences we need 60–90 minutes of setup time, plus access to load-in. We’ll coordinate with your venue and to fit our bump-in around your run sheet and the venue’s access windows.
Do you provide premium prints and custom designs?
Yes — we offer a range of premium print options, including metallic prints and all our print designs are completely custom. Print and video design is part of every gala package we put together.
How does the booth work with our run sheet?
We work around your run sheet, not the other way around. The booth can be open all night, run during specific windows (welcome drinks, after dinner, post-awards networking) or paused during the formal awards program. We coordinate with your venue during planning so the booth fits the flow of the night.
