An engaging brand experience as part of RACQ’s largest event of the year and specifically created to promote and celebrate RACQ 100 years of Roadside Assistance.
When the team at RACQ approached us wanting an immersive brand experience with vintage style photos, we knew we had to create a custom print photo booth experience for them.
RACQ MotorFest was held had at RNA Showgrounds and the theme was the year 1925.
They wanted the public to engage with the brand by interacting with the photo set up, taking photos and sharing them onto socials media platforms.
Our goal was very clear, create an immersive photo experience that promoted the brand, reflected the 1925 theme and encouraged guests to share.
We worked with the team to have a custom 6m wide and 3m tall backdrop printed of a RACQ office back in 1925 .
The large unique backdrop accompanied with vintage motorbike with side car and red telephone booth was impossible to miss.
Guests were able to dressed up and interact with the set up and have a custom branded black and white photo printed to take home and send instantly to their phones.
We also added branding on the photo booth, signage and 1925 themed props as well as custom branded prop signs.
In a timeframe of 5 hours over 300 photos were captured, that is one photo every minute!
Guests were able to access their photo masterpieces via text message or email. We had over 200 text messages/emails sent.
We saw plenty of guests recording the entire experience on their phones.
