Bringing a team together across a three-day conference takes more than a seating plan.
When the team at Amart Furniture got in touch, they were looking for a fun, engaging and interactive experience that would help bring their people together throughout their three-day conference.
After speaking with the team over the phone, we knew our mosaic photo booth experience would be perfect.
We split the experience into two parts: a virtual mosaic running across all three days of the conference, and a physical mosaic and photo booth at the gala dinner on the final night.
Throughout the three days, delegates could send through their photos to become part of the mosaic. We set up a live web page so everyone could watch the mosaic come together in real time — a great way to keep the energy and engagement going across the whole event.
At the gala dinner, we brought the mosaic to life. A photo booth was set up alongside the physical version of the mosaic, showcased on a custom branded backdrop for everyone to see.
By the end of the three days, we’d created an 825-photo mosaic artwork, made up of photos taken across the entire conference.
The finished piece is now hung in Amart Furniture’s head office staff room — a lasting reminder of the conference and a great way to bring the team back together every time they walk past it.
