Engaging people at a large expo and making sure you stand out, can be a challenge.
When the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations asked us how we could deliver a unique experience and fun experience for their stand, we couldn’t wait to see what we could do.
The Careers and Employment Expos were to be held in Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney for two days and Perth for three days.
They wanted to drawn people to their stand and provide a fun and interactive experience.
And they wanted something a little different to your average photo booth.
When you think about careers and employment, what immediately comes to mind?
For us it was being able to use AI technology to transform people into any occupation of their choosing – pilot, doctor, fireman etc.
Our goal was to create a photo booth experience that no one has ever seen before and no other stand would have within the expo.
Everyone who came along to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations stand were able to choose from up to 14 different occupations and have their AI transformation sent directly to their phone with a branded template.
There’s a lot going on at expo, so we needed to stand out.
We created a custom branded touch screen with LED lighting, and branded the entire photo booth so it integrated seamlessly into the stand. No matter what direction they were coming from, everyone would know the photo booth was ready and waiting for them.
Over the four events and 9 days, we had over 2,000 captures and over 1,500 shares. Everyone who visited the stand had a great time and the client, were thrilled.
